              Reminder: Marshall Community Services will be closed on Monday, January 20.

City of Marshall Municipal Building offices have moved to temporary office space at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) Social Sciences Building. During the estimated year and half renovation period, the City’s address for United States Postal Service mailings will remain the same address of 344 West Main Street. The City’s address for direct parcel delivery service will be City of Marshall, 1501 State Street, Attention City Offices. For City office needs while at SMSU, visitors will have designated “City Office Visitor Parking” available to them, and signs will be posted to direct visitors to the temporary offices. Any questions about the temporary relocation can also be directed to City Clerk Kyle Box at 507-537-6760.

It’s a Dance Party will be held on Friday, January 17 from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Marshall Middle School Cafeteria. Dance Party (perfect for families with children 7 years and younger) will feature all types of music and interactive dance. Fee is $10 per family (immediate family members).

ECFE – The Wonder Years (for 1-2 year olds with a parent) will be held on Tuesdays (January 28, February 25 and March 31) from 3:30pm-5:00pm in the ECFE classroom at the Marshall Middle School. Fee: $12 per family.

Pathfinders will be held on Mondays and Fridays from 3:05pm-5:30pm and on Wednesdays from 2:30pm-5:30pm at the Marshall Middle School. The program will include a snack, team activities, a wide range of instructor-led programs and/or projects which include physical fitness, arts/crafts, cooking and much more. Fee: $50 per semester.

Adult Woodshop will be held on Thursdays through May 7 from 3:15pm-5:15pm in the Marshall High School Woodshop. Area adults can utilize the MHS Woodshop facility and its equipment under an experienced supervisor. Fee: $25 per person.
