Friends of the Library present:
Carole Achterhof

On Monday September 29th come listen to practical, often humorous approach to solving the problems of life’s journey.  Carole Achterhof, a Minnesota author will be speaking about her humorous books including “How to Pose with a Fish,” “He’s a Keeper I’m a Tosser,” and more.

Through personal experience with numerous life challenges including the death of a daughter and coping with the traumatic brain injury of another daughter, Achterhof has found it is “better to crack up with humor than to crack up with stress.”  She will show the similarities between creative thinking, writing, and problem solving, and emphasizes the importance of stress-reducing statements. Achterhof speaks with experience when she presents to her audience.

Join us as we welcome Carole Achterhof on September 29th at 6:30 p.m. at the Marshall-Lyon County Library for a sharing of stories interwoven with a good dose of humor.
