Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or postage due entries/mail. Entries become property of sponsor and will not be returned.

Drawing and Awarding of Prize: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by gomarshall.net whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final. Prize winners will be notified by phone or mail. If prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of a parent/legal guardian. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Winners agree that sponsor may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
